Hi. My name is Evy and I'm a clutz. I sprained my foot bad enough that I have to wear a brace and use crutches and stay off it for the week. Unfortunately I'm about the worst nurse ever and totally noncompliant and can't bring myself to use the crutches all the time. Oy!

Just like my wife. She broke her ankle playing volleyball many years ago. I came home one day to find the crutches lying in the front garden, where she'd hurled them in a fit of temper!
Hope you're fully fit again soon.
