Couch Potato to 5k!!!
I got a kick in pants last night from reading the message boards on the WW website. Several people on there are taking this type of challenge: to 5k, to 10k, to 100 push-ups, etc. I've thought about doing it on and off and seeing people who are in worse shape than I am actually making it work really motivated me.
I told my friends about it and so far 3 are interested in doing this with me and helping to keep each other motivated. I also thought that some of you might be interested as well. =)
All the info on it is found here. It seems pretty easy to follow and like it might actually work.

that sounds fun, well not fun but hellish in a good way. I started doing something similar pre-grad school then somehow managed to gain the poundage back post/during grad school. Now that I'm settling in Ohio I need to get back to it
