Hello all. I have a challenge for you!
I'm in the mood for new music. I have very eclectic taste and will give almost anything a listen. I'm hoping to hear more from Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus local bands and national Indie bands, but will try anything once.
If you succeed, you win my undying love and gratitude. Ready... GO!
[Edit: So you have a better idea what I like.]
As far as my taste: 90s alt, 80s, punk, pop punk, indie, ska, ambient, down tempo, some top 40 (but not much of it), UK isle rock, rock, classic stuff, Texas outlaw style country (think Johnny Cash, Jerrry Jeff Walker, Jace Everett), some hip hop, etc. I like most stuff, basically.

Anyway, one more suggestion. I'm never sure how much English music really makes it across the Atlantic, but I'd suggest, if you don't already know them, The Last Shadow Puppets 'Age of the Understatement', which is a collaboration between Miles Kane of Liverpool band The Rascals, and Alex Turner of The Arctic Monkeys (who I'm sure you must know).
It's very retro - swinging Sixties style - beautifully harmonized too. And I'm always a sucker for a string backing:
