Oh my--three in the morning and I'm still awake? On a Friday night??? This is getting frightening.

Hi. You asked about the Juicy Jacket. The one I am wearing in the picture is tagged a size Small but fits like an X Small. I joke around and say that the Juicy Jacket lifts and separates, if you aren't wearing a bra or anything under you don't need to because it totally scrunches up you boobs, not too tight just snug. biggrin

But yes, I think you should order up a size. A size Medium will fit like your usual size small.

P.S. I wear an A cup. (don't know if that will help you with size planning)
