The bad news is, while on my way to work, this morning, I injured my car. It's only a flat tire, but it will probably take a week to fix, because of the slow supply chain, here in the States.
The good news is, the downtime has allowed me to create a demo of a song I'm working on, called "God On the Screen". Not-so-ironically, the song is about my displeasure in how things are, currently in the U.S. - including the slow supply chain that will keep me off the road for a week or more.
I guess even the inconvenience of a flat tire can prove to be inspirational, when it comes to writing music. Perhaps I will use my week off to turn this demo into a fully-realized track. Sounds like I will have the time!
