I'M BACK BITCHES! the stupid internet here is finally back up woo!!! I have lots to talk about and post.
I first wanted to say thank you for all the awesome amazing comments on my last blog! I will be responding to them soon...also all the awesome messages I have in my inbox you all make me so happy!
SO I am back in GA and have started my classes. I love this semester!!! it is filled with lots of 3D modeling in maya and zBrush and I couldn't be more happy!!!!!!! though it is going to be crazy busy! This semester will build up my portfolio so hopefully I can get a job. Anyone at a game company need an entry level 3D modeler or texture artist hahaha I figured it would be a no.
ANYWAY...let me fill you in on what happened since last blog. This might be a little long.
GAH where to start
Christmas was lots of fun! got to see lots of awesome people and drank at lot as usual. It involved lots of cookie making:

organized cookies with my mom...then me and my best friend took over:

we do sugar cookies every year and usually have a theme..we did portal this year since we bought the portal cookie cutters from ThinkGeek

This guy messed up in the oven and we said he got hit with acid XD

and for some reason in the oven this dude and the moose decided to fight and I thought the dude looked like the juggernaut so it turned into Juggernaut Vs. a Moose and we had an epic story behind it along with commentary about the fight...

cookies made: sugar, sugar with mint kisses, cranberry and coconut, oatmeal with apricots and almonds, and chocolate chip!
funny fact: My mom's Christmas sugar cookies are actually from her Jewish friends recipe

Okay so next... Christmas day!

and applejugs who I have known forever gave lots of gifts of booze.
not a lot of pictures of my gifts yet...but I got:
-lots of awesome clothes
-makeup from Ulta woo!
-the bookbook (check it on amazon if you don't know what it is)
-lots of headbands for my new hair.
-awesome gift cards to my favorite southern restaurant down here in GA
-Skylanders
-My bf got Skyrim...so I get to play it too
-and lots of other little things
I pretty much got everything I wanted! I am so blessed
okay so then we had a late dinner since my brother had to go to his GFs house for there Christmas stuff.

my BF XD not everything was out yet. SO we had amazing steak stuffed with goat cheese and spinach and lots of other stuff, red pepper mac & cheese, brussel sprouts (and don't say eww because we found a new way to make them and they are so AMAZING! maybe I will post the recipe if someone wants it), amazing bread momma and I made! (we are very proud of it ), and I think there was something else but I can't remember it.

It was so yummy! Then for dessert we made (obviously lots of cookies) pecan pie and a new chocolate pie recipe that has brazil nuts as the crust! It was so flipping good! yum yum!
Then after dinner we always have friends over and my mom gets these poppers that have whistles and crowns in them and you have to try and organize a bunch of drink people to carry a tune...it's hilarious XD.

I was #8 which wasn't used much in the songs thank god

also my brother brought his dog Grits with him which he adopted from the Humane Society down here in GA that I volunteer for...he is such a sweetheart!

Okay! so other things I did when I was home...
got my nails and toes done for the new year:

went roller skating at CN skate palace:

so I became obsessed with roller derby from the board game my group made last semester so I was determined to go roller skating in quads thinking it would be easy it wasn't...I fell twice once on my knee (which I still have a huge bruise on) and once straight on my back and hit my head...ouch...my neck hurt for a while after that but I kept getting back up and slowly got the hang of it...no where close to the roller derby girls though. Then we traded in for some roller blades and I was zipping around the track. I use to be amazing in blade until I broke my arm that the same roller skating rink. It was awesome...so now I want some roller blade so much fun.

Right before we left we did a really big BJs run and got a crap ton of food that we almost couldn't fit all of in the car:


YAY! loaded with food! it helps so much to save money!

so the ride back was uneventful...long 12 hour drive as usual...hit a little bit of traffic but it wasn't that bad. pictures of the pretty sunset:


it almost looked like a fire pillar was coming out of the sky! it was so pretty.
We also stopped at South of the Border for gas...


inside of one of the places there was a really old ad for Virginia slims.

it looks like an awesome place! we never really stopped while everything was open so we put it on our to do list next time we have to drive up.
