So I went to Ozzfest last night. I had class at noon, but I made it in the early afternoon while the second stage was still going. I caught Rob Zombie's set, which was cool. Second time I've seen him play now, kinda wierd seeing him on a smaller stage.

I missed Killswitch Engaged, but I did get to see my favorite motherfucking band out there, Shadow's Fall. I love those guys, used to see them play in Albany, NY way back in the day's when they were underground and not even on the Ozzfest lineup. I remember when the guitarist was swinging his guitar around during a set and hit the singer in the head, cutting his head open, and they still finished the set. Now that's METAL!

Ozzy was insane, it was so fucking good to see him live. The only band I didn't catch that I really wanted to was In Flames. I don't know what happened to them, they must have played second stage.

Lots of beautiful women, lots of beer, nice people that served me jack on the rocks. Hell of a wait to get out of the parking lot, I think I moved 20 feet in the first hour. oh well, I had a fucking awesome time!
