Nothing exciting happening. I am enjoying this weather though, it reminds me of back home in NY. I'm having a little difficulty in finding a new apartment, but hopefully today I'll have more luck. Boring stuff. I started working full-time as a computer tech. School will have to be put aside for a while until I can get financial aid. I swear, it's hard being a white male trying to support yourself through college... I really want to go back for physics, but albuquerque has shit for good jobs. I was almost making DOUBLE the hourly rate in NY that I am making now... DOUBLE. goddamn. But I like my job... is life about enjoying it humbly, or maximizing success??

So you want to go to school for physics huh? that's my major..double major actually physics and astrophysics. I like it although most of college is bullshit. it's too expensive, but all universities exploit the fact that you need college and they can charge whatever they want because they know you have to pay and it's filled with busy work. seriously, why give adults busy work?
But i do enjoy my physics classes and unm is a pretty good school not too expensive and it's one of only 14 schools in the country that actually offer astrophysics. Plus at unm you have all the connections to the 2 major labs in new mexico.
