I randomly pulled together some comparison shots from different points over this past year. I didn't realize how much progress I actually have made so far until seeing these shots side by side.
It's not a huge difference, but Definitely noticeable. I'm proud of myself and excited to see how much more progress I continue to make. :)
Some pictures are from before I began working out & eating healthier back in April of this year... And food is still an up & down thing, but I'm still better than I was and will keep going.

I looked so gross and miserable in that bottom shot... I honestly hate looking at it. I was really low and you could see it... But looking at this also shows me how far I've come in just this short time.
It's never going to be easy, but I will continue to get stronger.
