Fitness progress!
In a month I'm down:
6lbs
1 inch around my adnominals
4 inches around my thigh
Up 1/2 an inch around my hips..But you should see that booty pop. 😂
Forearm up almost an inch
Bicep up 1/2 an inch
It's not as much as I would have liked but I know where to improve and I'll get it done! Also, my arms have increased likely due to muscle gain.....and that butt gain! Lol
I'd say this isn't half bad, with the fact that other than walks, I've only been working out twice a week and my eating is still up and down (but still better than it was previously).
