I suppose I'll use this as a before shot...I just added a cardio regime to my life... the dreaded stair master!!
I'll be doing 30 minutes every work day from here on out!
Also hoping to be able to add personal trainer sessions in the near future!
Excited to see changes to everything, but I'll certainly be focusing a bit more on the legs n' butt!
Speaking of, my leg isn't quuuiiite that thick. My other leg blends in right behind the front! XD
