So I've got multiple goals, motivations, etc, for getting fit.

It's hard.

It's been a long road and there's still plenty left.

But hey! I'm 20lbs down so far!

And would honestly love a fun black light photo shoot after I reach my goal.

UV reactive hair, makeup and ropes. Sounds like fun!

I randomly pulled together some comparison shots from different points over this past year. I didn't realize how much progress I actually have made so far until seeing these shots side by side.

It's not a huge difference, but Definitely noticeable. I'm proud of myself and excited to see how much more progress I continue to make. :)

Fitness progress!

In a month I'm down:

6lbs

1 inch around my adnominals

4 inches around my thigh

Up 1/2 an inch around my hips..But you should see that booty pop. 😂

Forearm up almost an inch

Bicep up 1/2 an inch

It's not as much as I would have liked but I know where to improve and I'll get it done! Also, my arms...

I've been taking time to focus more on my mental and physical health these past weeks... In the last few days I've finally been able to see a noticeable difference.

I'm still a work in progress, but I haven't had an anxiety attack since I started working with my personal trainer towards the end of March and I'm already down 8lbs!

I suppose I'll use this as a before shot...I just added a cardio regime to my life... the dreaded stair master!!

I'll be doing 30 minutes every work day from here on out!

Also hoping to be able to add personal trainer sessions in the near future!

Excited to see changes to everything, but I'll certainly be focusing a bit more on the legs n'...
