went to the hot springs with my bumblebee. to slip into a pool of 113 degree water and let it boil your blood and then jump in and under into a pool of 36 degree water ...brings you to such a ecstatic high. hot and cold at the same time...mind blowing endorphine rush skin so red and glowing then back to hot and this time it fells different more tingley and then to cold and now the waters feel more like two different textures rather than tempratures. and hot again meditating all the while...

thanks for the tip. I used to have a group of women who were an outlet for my spiritual tendancies. Since I've gone to school I feel like I've lost that, and it's been a real vacancy in my life. But people like you can help to bring that back. Thank you
