i used to get teased for always inspecting my food really closely, but it pays off sometimes.
for instance: tonight i was planning to have a tofurky and fake-bacon sandwich. as i was preparing to place the slice of tofurky on the bread, i looked closer and saw... a fuzzy green and white chunk of mold! ewwwww! i'm so glad that didn't manage to get to my mouth.
maybe i need to go grocery shopping more often?

i haven't eaten the stuff for 14 years now. i had some Quorn sausage on my pizza before. twas yummy.
