So... today was a strange day. I tried really hard not to mope. It's the 5 year anniversary of the day my dad died.
which... i dont know. it still hurts. but i tried not to dweel on it. his birthday is the 31st- which is the day i usually fall apart. I'm spending that with my mom.
so... in honor of my dad- who loved music. I went to see my favorite band. Rancid. Who he'd totally have gone to see with me.
I had a BLAST. I danced. I moshed. I left covered in other peoples bodily fluids.
all you can ask for from a concert.
I even got hit on by the singer from one of the opening bands.
so... since i haven't posted anything in a while- here are before and after shots from tonight.

edited to add:
that guy i talked about in my last blog... totally blew me off last night-i ended up solo until i ran into friends at the show. so. maybe it'll be a little bit easier to get my stuff figured out then i thought it was gonna be. silly me. silly boys. ugh.
