I just fixed a chicken roasting machine for a SWEET Puerto Rican restaurant, I am hoping this resultsin lots of free roasted chicken for the long term, or at the very least the immediate future.

I have never viewed roasted chickens like this picture the same since the Thanksgiving trailer in Grindhouse. But I still love it.
