I won an award at work...but saw my regional manager yesterday and instead of congratulating me he was an ass.
May be time to try something else career-wise. It sucks because I like the company overall, and have been working for them for a long time. The benefits are good, but I'm just not happy.
Once again New Jersey weather decided fuck that whole spring thing and went from cold to blazing hot in a millisecond. I hate that. I hate hot weather and would prefer nice mild warm breezy weather. NJ just seems unwilling to have that anymore. (maybe those business owners down the shore have found a way to extend their beach season, and have a secret weather machine)
Allergy season has been hella-bad this year.
Maybe I should move to Antarctica, or Canada.

it seems like it's always feast or famine at those work places....like you're a hero with an award one day and nothing the next. I don't like that mixed credit.
