Ok, so today at the end of a hellacious week I do NOT have to go to work.
But, today instead of going to work, I have to go to downtown Newark for an interview with Immigration and Naturalization (or whatever it is they call themselves these days) in order to prove to them that my three year marriage is legit in order to try to obtain a Green Card for my British husband, who has lived in this country since he was 14 years old.
This is the sort of thing that makes me very nervous because I haven't the slightest idea what to really expect (though I have done copious ammounts of research on the subject)
My marriage is completely real, but how exactly does one prove that?
Well, I guess that I will console myself through the interview by thinking about the fact that moving to the UK would certainly not be the end of the world. (though then we have to go through the whole process with the British Government!)
meh...
