I understand, but this is stomatitis we're talking about - if she dies it will only be because she's lost so much weight and/or dehydrated from her mouth and throat being too sore for her to comfortably eat. It's the most painful mouth disease a cat can get, so dental surgery is a must. If she wants to go, who am I to tell her to stay? I just went through that with another cat who had a brain tumor.
