i love thunderstorms so much.

if this one cracks up to be as torrential as it's sounding, i may go out and run around in it. biggrin
a couple weeks ago i was out at my fave bar on a sunday afternoon and about ten minutes after it started rainging, i got up to leave, my bartender said "you can't leave yet, it just started pouring." i smiled and said "i know"


today was better than yesterday. smile
i wish that i could stop trusting people so much and stop being let down and disapointed by them. i often wind up more mad at myself because i see it as my flaw that i let people be in a position to hurt me, that i have expectations for them. frown

-and then the sky opened up and washed away all that was wrong in the world.

I like the rain but lightening scares the bejeebus out of me for some reason. We get a lot of electrical storms out here and my husband loves it. I just try to stay away from the windows lol. I'm glad you're feeling better and I do know what you mean about letting people in and trusting them just to have them betray your trust. I just went through that with an entire group of ladies that I THOUGHT were a good core group of women. Just don't let them ruin your ability to trust. Just take the lesson from whatever happened to be a bit more careful. kiss
