One thing I don't like about SG - everyone lives so far away.
I live in a small, isolated place. The nearest bigger place is a 2 hour drive away, and it's not that big a place itself. I grew up in Toronto, a huge city, and it's now 7 hours away. Looking around, I can't find anyone on here who's anywhere near me.
And although I don't have any objections to meeting that special someone who lives far away, I have the practical problem of having no way of travelling. I can afford long-distance calls, but not long-distance travel.
Life sucks!
Mind you, it's not like I meet people locally. Even when I lived in a city of millions, I didn't meet people often. So what the heck difference does it make?
Blah!
