i drew it there during their life drawing class

Tues i saw tool and the basketball stadium apparently which is a really crappy place to have music play at
but still it was a good show... I think I've been to every big music venue in phx ive been to most of the small
clubs too thinking about it

i wish tears for fears wasnt the same night i had some friends go that said they were quite good
and they played at much better venue

Wed. Played another magic draft and got 2nd 8 bucks trade cred. word to your mother

Thurs I saw Miss Derringer and Girl in a Coma 2 pretty new bands ..saw em at hollywood alley

Miss Derringer is a 5 piece band that's kinda Gore Gore Girls/Horrorpops Rockabilly/Goth/Country

Girl in a Coma is named after a Smiths song and they are sorta Donna-ish Runaways Garage Rock

I got both their cds i like the GIrl in a Coma slightly better Im not really into rockabilly as much
and some of the miss d lyrics are pretty bland i kinda wish they were darker

The best one I like of Miss Derringer is the Black Tears song which has a nice Ronnettes feel to it
and Girl in a Coma's song "BB" is really good

Fri I played FNM went 3-2 and didnt make top 8
I did play only good players though and I was close in all my match ups
The best play was when I did 54 trample damage in one turn BRUTAL!

oh well I still need a couple more cards to make my deck better its just hard to find them now since
a lot of the cards are sold out

Im going to try to play the big PTQ next weekend which basically if you win you can go to the big tourney in Austin ...where you can win a lot of money .. But it's super hard to get there though next weeks tourney will probably have at least a hundred players so at least 6-7 rounds which is like 7-8 hours of playing
which is mentally taxing to say the least ..
