So fucking frustrated.....
I was on a delivery yesterday. Suddenly, my radio cuts out, the blinkers stop working, my speedometer starts going all wonky, the car refuses to accelerate properly, the car sputters and only by revving the gas can I keep it running and the car is grossly overheated. I turned every unessential thing off and the car got me back to work. I went on another short delivery and the car was running in the red for temperature the whole time without dropping back to normal at all like it normally would.
So, I ended up having to work inside last night and missed out on a fun and profitable game of Stomp the N00bs (sadly, I have three or four times the experience that the rest of the drivers had combined last night). The even more rage-inducing part is that I am supposed to be going to Cleveland tomorrow for the Reds/Indians game and now I don't think I can trust the car to get me there and back. Also, with the money that it will take to fix it, and my perpetual brokeassedness, I can't very well justify the cost of gas, parking and everything else that would get me to the game and back. This means that for the second year in a row I have purchased a ticket for a game in Cleveland and will not be able to make it.
To top it off, when I was on campus yesterday they told me they still hadn't processed my application for readmittance. And Australia was like, "WTF?". I graduated from the fucking school. I left in good standing with over a 3.00 and I owe them no money. Why would they keep me out?
I will not be completely sans live baseball though....TiffanyJewel and I are going to go to a Kalamazoo Kings game tonight. She's never been to a real baseball game before. Granted, this is an independent, rookie league that isn't even A level, but still, it is professional ball. And tickets are only $4 and the stadium is walking distance away.
