The Twitter Saga continues.
The whole blue checkmark fiasco must still be adversely affecting the platform. I logged on today and saw this:
This is so fucking hilarious. The Twitter Blue check mark feature was such an absolute failure that they had to come up with another way to help users identify legitimate business and brand accounts. “Pay $8,” he said. “It’ll be fine,” he said. And he was just so absurdly wrong. They flipped the switch on for one day, and they’ll be paying for that for a long time to cone.
And honestly, isn’t it just like a billionaire to be so completely out of touch with real life to drive an initiative forward like that? Full speed ahead! Consequences be damned!
Must be nice not having to give a shit like that.
