nonsense

thanks everyone for your birthday wishes. roxymonoxcide, my sweet wife, knowing my addictions to caffeine and u.s. history gave me a one-cup coffee maker for my office and the collected letters of john and abigail adams. (i have the mini-series saved on my t.v. and have been re-watching it.) aidan gave me an awesome black with white stripes cardigan, which my wife says makes me look adorable (which is just fine with me!). later that nite (yes, clad in my new cardigan), roxymonoxcide, breezey and her friend, andy, and i went to see tegan and sara at the glass house in pomona. t&s wished me a happy birthday on-stage and dedicated their song "nineteen" to me. supposedly, i turned a red so bright you could see me in the dark room.
