damn. so after a week of HEAVY drinking......i'm giving up on it. and wow it's fucking hard. so i put together a plan that i think i can stick to......here it is......
*week one- up to six beers and no drinking till nine o'clock. i had three last night. HUGE CUTBACK!!
*week two- up to five beers and no drinking till nine o'clock.
*week three- up to four beers and it goes down from there till i feel i can go a week or so with no beers. and absolutely no liquor.
