Had a bit of a spree in North Devon's best record shop today, the great Discovery Records ran by the inimitable Matt 'the Hat'. Picked up some bargains for my New Order loving brother and a very very rare copy of 'This is your Bloody Valentine' by MBV as well as some old Frankie and Soft Cell and Simple Minds records, but crowning glory of tehm all is the magnificent 'Metal Box' by PiL. An absolute monster of a creation and i completely love it. 
On another happy note, a very good friend of mine is back in the country until Sunday! Yay!

Nah, he's just mental. Always has been. He wasn't too bad when I saw him, but he kept telling me he was going to come to my house to look at our hoover.
