Ever have those moments in your life when you realise, not what you want to do with yourself, but exactly what you DON'T ever want to do with your life, this might be genocide, racism or in my case 'sales'. I have never had a gag reaction to anything, but after the last week, I think that if i ever ever do anything remotely sales based again, whoever is close better stand clear. They say don't knock it till you've tried it and boy did i try it.
Anyway, aside from my newfound hate, things have been the same as usual ennui, plenty of films and far too much laziness when updating my journal come around.
That said, Good Friday was indeed good, most of it being spent with a pint plus the added fun of seeing Shaun of the Dead in synchronicity with the London based hardcore of SGUK, it almost felt like i was really there, with my fellow smut loving friends, Apologies to Nic and Kinto for my non apperance, especially as you asked after me.
A very funny film it was, all you non Brits out there, i truly recommend seeing it, for a true taste of modern British life, with no Hugh Grant, no country houses and no breeches or stupid posh accents.
Also went out last night to an 80's electro night that i'd never been to before, danced to lots of New Order, Billy Idol and Poison, top fun.
Now nursing a fragile head weighed down by the need to sort my flat out before an important guest visits tomorrow. Also I am very happy as it looks like myself and Tilly are going to see the Von Bondies on the 20th! Yaaaay! We'll look like the indie/alternative 'it' couple of the moment.
