Life is weird and not so wonderful at the moment. Firstly, a HUGE crane has appeared outside our house, looks like the World Trade Centre is being rebuilt in Bristol, not NYC, just to distract those dastardly terrorists.
So, Having quit my temp job last week, im still scrabbling around for something that lets me 'live', god what a pain. I've been trawling the job agencies, going for interviews and worrying whether my 'messy' (ie: Ashton Kutcher-esque) hair wil prevent me getting any job. I've decided however that the hair ISN'T going, it's growing long and thats final.
So, i got suited up today, polished my steel-toe DM's and ventured to yet another interview, for some reason whenever I put a suit on I get helluva lot more female attenttion, today was no exception, man, does make me feel good, if vain as hell.
Anyway, i'm still enjoying myself regardless, been chatting quite heavily with untamed_beauty, might be a vis-a-vis photo sesh forthcoming, mmm. Time will tell.
Being skint it seems limits your going out opportunities to 'old man' pubs, the local student union (for which i'm not even allowed in) and the drinking of Carling
and playing pool, yes that has been me and my flatmates social life, problem is i have been playing pool for years, never getting any better and within 2 months im outstripped by 2 pool newbies, whats a boy to do.
