I really need to update this thing more often...
My Futurama Magnets arrived this morning and they look fab, they are in the style of 1920's futurist propaganda art and will no doubt impress any geeky ladyfriends who come to visit!
Anyway, i've written 2,000+ words of my dissertation and it's looking good, i've just got to write some Bordieu and Foucault into it and then go on about psychiatry being a harbinger of modernity, or something like that...
Both my housemates are off to Glastonbury Festival this weekend so i'll have the place to myself. I'm not really bothered that i'm not going as i've been before (1998) and i wasn't overly impressed, give me a gig anyday. Rock is an urban phenomenon and so it should remain!
I've been playing the oh so retro Star Wars game Dark Forces over the last few days and it brings back memories of my precocious teenage years, being scared of computer pixels, looking like shit all the time and being pissed off all the time. Anyway, after what tremulant wrote in my last Journalentry, i've been considering another tattoo, my housemate says i should get a Prince Albert piercing but i'll save that for another day...
