Oh, before I forget, I wanted to post a progress picture!
I've been slacking a TON lately, and desperately need to get back into a healthy life style.
And what better way to do so as the year comes to an end, and a new one begins.
I am close to 5'10, weighing around 150lbs. My goal is closer to 125-130, and I'd love to get toned and sexy for summer 2013.

I'm seriously considering a pescatarian diet as well. I grew up in a vegan household, and was a vegetarian for many years, but due to my anemia, it became difficult to keep up with considering I LOATHE taking vitamins (I mean seriously does ANYONE enjoy taking them?
Id love to hear some tips or suggestions on good diet/excercise regimens that have worked for you!
