Awesome thanks!! I don't know I am 31 and I was told the same thing about cigs and caffine since my immune system was down he said.. I had my check up. So I did stop smoking it has been 4 days now! Caffine, we will see about..Good luck!
I went to the park to play baseball w/ the kidlets & was quite horrified by the realization of how out of shape I truly am. I'm small & don't weigh that much, it's all in my big booty. Buttttttt, I don't really exercise & just climbing up the hill got me winded. Probably doesn't help me that I still smoke.

I just experienced my 1st earthquake. It was a 5.2. I was @ work & it felt like an 18 wheeler rammed the building. All my desk drawers flew open & my chair slid. It was so cool.
Of course I say that b/c there were no injuries.
