Wow, that's all I can say about this past week.
So much bad, splash in some good, throw down more bad. I'm still alive & breathing so all is not lost. I intend to carry on.

I hereby ban these feelings from me for the next week ahead: disappointment, anger, hurt, sadness, weakness.
I also hereby require from those around me: honesty, respect, a little selflessness would be helpful.

Oh, & I will no longer play the role of the fool or the door mat.
