Nothing in all of human experience is so beautiful and rapturous as a moment of epiphany. Today I was rereading a book that has greatly influenced my philosophy, and for the first time, I finally fucking got what it was talking about. In a single moment of realization I was freed from time and mind by realizing that they are one and the same. Every problem that I had vanished, because problems are byproducts of identifying yourself with your mind, and thus time. But time does not exist outside of the mind. It is nothing more than a thought, like a bad dream. When you escape this it is so much easier to simply be, and enjoy that you are a part of all that is.
Also I came to see that every negative projection that I have of other people in this world is somehow a reflection of myself, because it comes out of my very own mind. The mind is unable to know anything outside of it's own filter of experience, and thus all anger and intolerance and disdain for other people must be in some way a projection of yourself.

holy_mountain:
That's true. The way you percieve yourself does influence the way you percieve other people.

All it boils down to is making a sincere effort to percieve the world from 'that' other persons standpoint! But to do that you must literally become' ONE'.[You have to DELVE deeper than you have been!]
