OK so it's been a strange few weeks...... Most of which I have spent house-sitting for my friend and her family while they lived it up in Florida. I usually love having all that time to myself when I look after her place but this time I found it, well, odd. I missed my house, snuggling up under the duvet on my futon, my bed which isn't stupidly soft and weirdly my housemates. Their PC also gives me a bad back (it's probably more the chair than the PC) which is why I haven't been online much. So I ended up watching more television in 2 weeks than I have in the last 3 years. I developed a slight addiction to American Chopper and Miami Ink but now I'm home I don't miss TV at all. I'd much rather watch something on a boxset or download just to avoid the adverts.

So anyway I'm now back at Pudding Mansion. Nothings changed, there's still a pile of washing up waiting to be done (not mine) and Duffin has clothes, drums and shoes spread all over the house. Both of these are things I hate with a passion but missed when I wasn't here. This is actually the first time I've been genuinely happy with where I live and it took 2 weeks at The Challewell's to make me realise it. So I'm settled back in at home and LOVING it.



The weekend was pretty awesome, as they generally are just because I'm not at my sucky job. However my Dad got taken into Hospital on Friday which put a slight dampner on things. He's got to go home today which is a relief. So yayness!! I spent 90% of my weekend with Monster which isn't exactly shocking, it mainly involved alcohol, charity shops and Alias. Good times. Oh and we went out dressed as OAP's as you do.
