I'm doing alright or as alright as I can. It's been an up and down week filled with a lot of anxiety, but I'm doing my best. I decided to add an extra day of cardio, some jogging in place, on one of the rest days for my yoga, just to keep active. But, I really do miss going to see bands, movies, or hanging at the book or record store by myself or with friends. It will get back to normal. Eventually. I hope.
But, I have some good news. I might have a new music feature run this week, which I'll post on here, for those of you, who enjoy my writing.
In the meantime, you all stay safe, sane and healthy.
