So I finally have a Sunday off. I could use the money, but I have been the king of working Sunday nights for so long that I'm gonna take it and run! actually, I'm leaving in about 20 minutes to go to a hot rod show. Hopefully it will be a good one with a lot of cars.

Finally I got my computer back. The bulb that illuminates the screen blew out so I had to get it repaired. If I did'nt have apple care it would have cost me 3 bills. Ouch! If you have an Apple and did'nt purchase Apple Care you should.

So NYE was cool. I had to work until about 11pm and then met some friends at a bar. I was amazed at the fact I was home by about 2 am. That has got to be the earliest NYE for me ever. I still had a good time and got to bring in the new year with good friends, no complaints....

I think it is safe to venture out of the house, now that xmas is over. Traffic and crowd dysfunction. Too many people driving like complete assholes. Running redlights, running yellow lights, crossing in front of me, blocking the intersection, cutting in line, $80 to fill up your escalade, mother with 5 screaming kids wanting happy meals. Thanks for noting the Mould reference. I've been a fan for a long, long time. Love it all from Husker Du to solo to Sugar. He is a national treasure and someday I will be able to play "Sunspots" accurately and with all appropriate grace on my little six-string.
What drew you away from our lovely Bay Area to the southland? I have many friends in the SD area...artists, musicians, etc.
