let's root root root for the Dodgers...

i know it's going to be tough, and they have to beat some really good teams...whoever those teams might end up being. but i am now going on record (and TOTALLY jinxing my team) by saying that i predict that this years world series will be a freeway series between the los angeles dodgers and the los angeles angels of anaheim or whatever the screw they're called.

manny ramirez is the best thing to happen to L.A since sam cassell. unfortunately that didn't work out so well. *looks at baron davis* and we're getting a bunch of players off of the disabled list. even jeff kent??? MAYBE???

i know this is all speculation and wishful thinking, but i just wanted to show my team some love. 20 years without a world series win is a long time. but having said that... if the Dodgers choke, which is entirely possible, i'm rooting for the Chicago Cubs.
