Holy shit- It's really been over a month since I last posted? For shame.
Let's see...
The government and the consumer killed the electric car. There's been another birth of some in Brazil, and hopefully we'll get to adopt them here in the states soon.
I'm aware that zapcars are around and available, but personally- I just don't like them.
I've started to go out again. Most of you don't know, but I've been quite the hermit the last few months. Basically since Dec.1st. But I'm back out, and fully in action. Well, 3/4 full I guess. I've tried to cut down on the drinking quite a bit. I've even started drinking... dun dun dun... wine at clubs. How uber goth.
Valentines day: Did get a little tipsy at my new favorite bar: Bourbon & Branch. I loved it and I want to live there. You do need a fat wallet, and have to go back several times to tackle the extensive drink offerings, but it's worth it. After having a cucumber gimlet, and a rouge 10 (a drink made with peppered gin, champagne, bitters i think, and muddled strawberried- sounds gross but it was really good) we headed over to DNA to see Imperative Reaction. We got there a bit early so we went around the corner to Sushi Groove to snack on some rolls. Went back to DNA, had a blackheart cupcake, hung out a bit, and then left even before Imperative Reaction went on. It was around 11:30 and both of us were really tired and had to work the next day. The best part: Yonderboy bought me a pink shuffle. It's the cutest thing ever. I call it my shuffle-upagus.
I've got a ton of pictures that I need to put up. I went to the Edwardian ball and I have pictures of that. We went to Santa Cruz this weekend, and I've got pictures of that too.
I've been working a lot. Clothing stuff. I moved all of the official business stuff over to CA from NY. I'm going to Convergence 13 in May so I'm hoping to have the business together enough by then. At least to give out business cards and have a website up.
Oh yeah, so Convergence!! It's in Portland this year. Anyone who's going should let me know, and we'll try to hang out. It's my first one.
Ok... that's about all for now.
Oh, and I'm selling some corsets: here: CORSETS
Kisses
