Tears of Blood
The tears I cry are not tears of water, but tears of blood. For the pain I feel can't be expressed by mere water.
I do not cry for myself, but for others who are feeling pain.
I cry for the sick and for the dying. I cry for the hungry and the homeless.
Don't you know there are many worse off than you and I, some who wish they could die.
Think about people who have lost someone near and dear to their heart, or people who are all alone in this world.
Everyone has problems, some worse off then others, but remember there is always someone worse off then you and me.
People should be appreciative of what they been given. Stop and smell the flowers, feel the breeze and listen to the sounds of nature. Now stop again and ask yourself the following question....Can I do all of these things? If you answered yes, just think of all the things you have to be thankful for that others may not. Now say to yourself.....I am lucky to be alive!
If people would just take the time to think about these things, then maybe there would be no more tears of blood.
