So this week is the third week of a consistent weight lifting routine. I always try to stay active with surfing, rock climbing, kettle bell or other routines but I'm now on a consistent body building schedule. The pic posted is from several weeks ago and I can't wait to see what gains I will make in several more weeks. Never thought that going to the gym would give me such a happy high. Though I'm not eating too well at the present time due to holidays but I expect to hit the ground running come January. Wish me luck! :)
