I've got a problem....
My girlfriend just got a new job a few weeks ago and she really seems to like working there. The problem is, all of the guys that she works with have been hitting on her since she started. Even though she's been very clear that she's in a relationship and is not available, they still persisted, especially this one creepy guy in particular. So the other night I went into the restaurant with her and we had dinner together, in the hopes that they would see she really did have a boyfriend and she was off limits. This worked pretty well because I've been going to that particular restaurant for a while and a lot of the staff recognized me. I saw the creepy guy staring at us though a few times and whenever I'd look back, he'd dart away into the kitchen.
Yesterday he tried locking themselves in the walk in freezer and I guess tonight he actually cornered her and groped her Her boss, who is a very large bald guy went after him when she told him what had happened, but I guess the kid had slipped out before he could find him. Now here's my predicament: I would love nothing more than to corner this guy in the bathroom and fucking strangle him and stomp his mouth out. Problem is, I don't know this kid. If I actually confront him I don't want to get in a fight in the middle of a nice restaurant and in the process get my girlfriend fired and myself arrested. Or get fucking stabbed. If I threaten him, is he just going to take it out on my girlfriend? Her boss said if anything like that happens again for her to come get him immediately, but then what? That kid needs to be fired right now, if not charged with sexual assault or at the very least, sexual harassment. I feel like if I don't do anything, I'm kind of letting her down. But I'm not one to just act out. I think about shit and all the different variables that can/will affect a situation. I don't want to go to jail for doing something stupid. So I don't know.....Should I confront him or just hope the owners, or if it comes to it, the cops can handle it?

you've got good reason to want to kick his ass, but the cost of doing so could be a bit high. that and he might just be doing this because he knows that she's taken, as messed up as that seems i could see some moron doing so.
so what i'd advise her to do is remind the boss on her next shift, and have him deal with the guy. having his employment threatened will probably work. if that doesnt work then perhaps a restraining order is a good idea...
