back to the grind!

2 weeks into a new gig providing tech support to the Moving Picture Company. Basically just setting up computer workstations for 3d modellers, compositors, lighting and environment artists, etc... all working on kickass visual effects for big films like The Watchmen, Batman Begins, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Wallace and Gromit, Corpse Bride, ... the list goes on an on....

so i guess i am now officially a 'teacher'.

landed a (very) part time gig at a local college, teaching 'digital audio' to graphic design students.

toughest part so far is filling a full 3 hour class without giving away the entire course worth's material all at once.

small class (only 6 students), and only one class a week = pretty casual / so far...
