My dog died. It was one of those horrible emergency room vet things where people are looking at you to make decisions. She was on the table and it came down to some very complicated medical procedure with a 20% chance of survival or euthanasia. In the end I let her go. I think the problem I have that kind of decision is that I feel like I failed. I always feel like I want to know what the animal thinks. Like if my dog would have thought '20%? Go for it.' That is what I would say. If I had a choice between death and being a brain in a tank with a speaker and some tank treads, I'd say "Lets pick out a sexy tank."
