I got back from Cedar Point today, the drive was exhausting. Only 7 hours minus stops, but just being in a car is bleh. I drove all but about an hour and a half each way. Mainly because I am the undisputed best driver. Thought _aurora_ might try and deny that. (your swerving tells a different story)
Cedar Point was cool. I hate to say it, but a lot of the coasters are lame. Millennium Force was decent, didn't feel #1 in the world to me. The saving grace for the whole Cedar Point experence was the crowd, or lack of one. When we had to wait for Millennium Force the second day, it took 45 minutes. The first day they had mechanical problems, and reopened it just as we were walking up to the line. So we had to wait as long as it took to walk through the queue.
Top Thrill Dragster was in a word. Awesome. The speed was neat, but I have felt 120mph wind through my hair before, so no big deal except for the launch. What made the ride for me was the 90 degree decent. We had to wait maybe an hour the first day, and a little less than that the second day. On day 2 it broke down just as we split into one of the 2 lines (for back or front car) It was the first ride we got in line for after our afternoon nap at the hotel. We stuck it out, and moved up the line pretty well because of people leaving line because they didn't want to wait. Took maybe 10 minutes or so to get it back up and running.
MaXair was the first ride we got on, and was way better than I expected.
The stand up coaster killed me in a bad way.
What were my favorite rides? Top Thrill Dragster and Demon Drop. Thats right, the small ride in the corner up front. It made me smile every time I rode it.
Now I have to wait 6 hours before I get to go to sleep, or play Oblivion. The horror

i just beat the game this afternoon...i still have some quests to finish up though...like finding all the nirnroot in the game...but i've completed 50 out of 50 achievements (stuff like raising ranks in all of the guilds)....the dark brotherhood does rock...some of my favorite quests came from that guild...
my brother showed me some really cool stuff you can do...kind of considered cheating...but you can duplicate any non-quest item...and there's a way you can make mad money in no time...let me know if you're interested..
later,
j
