Have you ever been into a maritime rehabilitation center? Or rather... in an aquarium?

I went traveling on this vacation and visited the largest public aquarium in Latin America, and could not only touch snake skin like in this pic, but also see sharks and other animals. The name of the place is Acqua Mundi, and they rescue and protect marine animals, amphibians and reptiles that cannot return to nature for many reasons.

It was a magical experience, and it taught me a lot about the difference between animal exploitation such as circuses and other activities, and rehabilitation centers.

I'm still in love!
