So last month and this month are turning out to be a lot busier that I originally planned. I have to say, although I feel I've had little time to myself this has been so much fun.
It started in July, (this part was actually planned), I decided to treat myself to some Monty Python tickets and fortunately managed to go and see them on my birthday. Possibly one of the greatest comedy experiences I have had in my 29 years on this planet (that I remember of course). We had amazing seats and the humour was.. well it was Monty Python, you either love it or you hate it. Personally I was crying with laughter within about 5 minutes of the show starting.
Then my month continued, I went to see my best friend in Cardiff, (enough said there the better, it was a hectic weekend with far too much money spent but a great time had by all).
Then, I ended up going to Zurich for the weekend at the end of July to see a great friend of mine. He took me up into the Alps and we went Trail riding, okay so it was my first bit of trail riding and it was pissing with rain, but it was so much fun! By the end of it we weren't just soaked because of the rain we were covered head to toe in mud! We rode down a little river, took ski lifts up to where there was still snow! it was manic! Highly recommended if you get the opportunity!
And now August starts, first up I am seeing Blink 182, and I cannot wait! This will be the 3rd time I've seen them and they have failed to disappoint each and every time!
Then in a little under 2 weeks I will be doing my Tough Mudder, I've been training hard for this but I know it is still going to be a real challenge! For anyone that would like to, I do have a sponsorship page for it, and all the money goes to the Help for Heroes charity (Sponsor Here). Saying that, I'm not expecting our touting for anyone's money :-). There is an obstacle called "Walk the Plank" which I plan to do a front flip off of, fingers crossed I don't bottle it with that one! I'm taking my GoPro so plan on filming it, who knows if it turns out well it may make it up here in my next post!
After Tough Mudder, well who knows, there is still half a month left and more and more things keep appearing on my radar, like Zombie Survival!
Anyways I hope you are all well :-)
