Yes I agree that there may be nothing I can do about it except start paying for the loan myself if it gets to be that bad. As much as I would hate to incur a $5,000 debt right now I might have to. Bummer.

That's so funny. A friend last night suggested the very same thing. Signing a promissory note that is. I've thought about it but it will be an absolute last resort.
