as for my post yesterday (earlier today):
the parts in italics were tongue-in-cheek. I guess. kind of making fun of myself. I am able to think catastrophically far too easily, and that's how I twist things in my mind. I am weary; being okay is still an everyday effort. however, if I wanted to change my situation about any of the things I complained about, I could. I am the dieter lamenting devil's food cake.
