I start rehab for realz on thursday. hoorah!
guess what though? my insurance company doesn't believe in paying for it.
thank you, insurance company.
it is so my fault that I had a congenital heart defect that caused six years worth of strokes that caused a 45 IQ point discrepancy and optical nerve damage. and of course why would I need treatment to be fully functional? puh-leaze!
I know this rant is getting old to hear, but, believe me, it's getting old to write as well. it's been almost a year and a half since I had my heart surgery and I would REALLY LIKE MY LIFE BACK.

well, that puts yout about 60 IQ points over where the average person processing those claims is. I handled insurance for my father's dental office for awhile when I was in school and it was ridiculous -- one girl I got to know told me that the policy was to just throw away one out of three of every claims just to see if some people wouldn't refile, etc.
